As 4th place finisher last year, Vila Isabel has the title by the hair this year. Figuratively at least. The chosen theme this year has to do with hair throughout history. It brings up the classic stories and myths such a Samson, Rapunzel and the wigs of Cleopatra. It is also conveniently sponsored by Pantene. Rumor has it Brazilian-born Gisele Bundchen might make an appearance!
